Sam is One

View online at SamLamson.com

It's hard to believe Sam is one already.
The year has gone by so fast. So much has happened. We moved, we've out grown clothes (well Sam and I), we've done so much it's hard to put it all down in one place. I guess that's the purpose of this Web site.

Sam has been a huge joy in our lives. Jaime and I are looking forward to this year. We've enjoyed watching many of our friend's children grow up during this age. It's now Sam's turn. Stay tuned, we hope to share as much of it as we can.

We had some close family and friends over for a birthday party this past weekend.
Here's a few pictures.

After the cake, Sam took a quick bath, then jumped into gift opening

Stealing grandma's bottle of water is fun too

For a kid who doesn't like wearing hats, he sure does love to grab them.

The next pictures are some of Sam's friends that came over for the day. Here they are taking their best shot at the Curious George piñata.

It was the worlds toughest piñata.
Jaime had to manually rip it apart with her hands.
Thus, the child mosh pit for candy.

Playing at Peace park

Noah's cousin Josh and family were in Southern Wisconsin this past weekend making rounds with the family. We sliced out some time to wear the kids out at Peace Park in Janesville. According to Wikipedia, Peace Park is home to the world's tallest Peace pole.

Here's some pictures...
